Organize Brush Forms

Either being able to move brush forms into other categories, or be able to export brush forms so that we could re-import them into a proper category.

I wish the captured brush forms were saved just like imported forms. For example PSS will save them as png with alphas etc.

OK.
Now you can do it manually from file browser, for Windows: Documents\Paintstorm Studio\Brush\Brforms
