Transparency -214748 glitch

So, it is literally negative number. I can't describe steps that need to reproduce this glitch.
First time I changed transparency with hotkeys and brush just stop put a paint to canvas. Other time I just draw and it stops work less than certain brush size. So I saved and attached brush used second time.
Treated only by resetting to default brush setting. Restart doesn't help.

The number is changes, but it not removes the glitch effect. Transparency bar is still empty and brush don't work properly.
And today this happened again with other brush. I attached 2 brushes. Both brush don't paint less than 30 size.
And in all cases when the glitch is happened, it was exactly the same transparency -214748.
