Massive Performance DRop after updating to Mac Os High Sierra

Paintstorm Studio was running smoothly an Mac OS 10.12

now that i upgraded to 10.13 ( high sierra) brushes became really slow - almost unusable slow. it´s like the performance dropped by 70%
i tried switching off GPU Acceleration in Options menu but that didnt help.

anyone else experiencing this ?

I have same problem here. But it can be a new version problem.

Where to get earlier versions?

I am running 10.13.3 High Sierra and have no performance issues with Paintstorm Studio.

What's strange, I have similar issue on 10.11.6 El Capitan, posted question here on forum, but it seems to be drowned somewhere in moderation.

Check the processor consumption jump up to 400+% when I turn on multi-core function, and drops back to somewhere around 20% when it's off:
