Weird brush glitch/artifacts when OBS is running

I was trying to livestream some of my painting using OBS but whenever OBS is running (not necessarily streaming) the whole program gets these weird artifacts, the UI has some rainbow colored pixels and the brushes just don't work. Turning off GPU acceleration "fixes" the issue but it's unbearably slow and unusable. Here's an example of what it looks like:

Is it happens if you already launched Paintstorm and drawing well and after it launched OBS and start to record?
This is some graphics drivers issue, applications use same video memory or something like this, you need to reinstall drivers and can play with individual settings for the application.
