what' going on with PSS?

i'm a new user. Just bought PSS some days ago and i'm kinda confused over things around it

first i had problem with the login into the forums. i sent an email but never got an answer
then i posted a new topic in suggestions which never showed up

so this is a question to users; is this how things work most of the time?

Posts by new users are approved by admins before they appear I believe

Here you have to wait. The supporter sees every 1-2 weeks, which questions were asked.
