Can I undo a save to a file?

Hello.

When I save a file's progress in your program, the file is no longer available to be opened in Photoshop and other programs.
But I forgot and clicked Ctrl S. Is there any way I can undo this progress?

There is a function in Photoshop, where you can just click an icon, and it returns you to the file as how it was when you just opened it.
What can be done here?
