How to install the pstgrad files from Resource Library?

I downloaded the resources from the library page on the site and installed the brushes. What do we do with the two texture and slider gradient files with .pstgrad extension? I don't see anywhere to import those in the program.

OPen gradient panel, click at the cogwheel on bottom-left corner, choose Import gradients
