Cannot Install Trial Version of Paintstorm

Hello,

I have tried installing the trial version of Paintstorm several times and all I get is a spinning blue circle next to my cursor whenever I mouse over the folder where the setup program resides. On a couple of occasions, not only did I get the spinning blue circle next to my cursor, windows explorer froze and I was unable to close the folder.

So far I have tried turning off my antivirus/firewall programs and have run the Paintstorm setup program as an administrator. I have rebooted my system multiple times (mostly to recover from a frozen windows explorer)

I have tried installing other software to see if I encounter the same issue and all installed fine.

Windows 10 Home 64bit version 1803 (OS Build 17134.765)
Intel i7-4770K
16 gigs RAM

Try to delete Documents/Paintstorm studio/ folder and restart Paintstorm shortcut as Administrator
