Shortcuts not working

Hi, I've been using paintstorm successfully for a week and half. Suddenly, my CTRL button triggers a window to change document size (attached) which means I can't use ctrl+z or any shortcut with ctrl really. I uninstalled and renstalled, nothing. Also tried changing shortcuts set, nothing. Not really sure what to do! Thank you
