Paintstorm won't open

Hey,
Paintstorm just doesn't open. Nothing happens once I click the launcher. There's just a process going on the Task Manager, and every time I launch it again, it just creates another process.

Hi.
Have same problem sometimes.
Deleting wplace.dat located in C\...\Documents\Paintstorm Studio\Data\ solves it.
I have no idea why it happens.
