Lag in pen

Hey-

When I go to draw a line I have to move the pen at least half an inch before anything shows on the canvas. The issue seemed to arise with a Windows 10 update. I tested the pen in MS paint and Windows white board and it does not lag. I turned off the windows ink setting in my Huion tablet. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both my tablet and Paintstorm. It is almost impossible to do any fine detail work in the program. Any assistance would be helpful.
