Layers and Fast GPU Mode

when i enable GPU fast mode all the layers ABOVE the selected layer do not render, not sure if this is a bug or a limitation for performance. is this how GPU fast mode is supposed to work ? i couldn't find any information on it.

Yes, it's correct... also image loose anti-aliasing... this is still the experimental mode and needs to be upgraded.
