When you paint on a selection, it freezes.
Occurs only when the brush GPU setting is on.
Also, only certain brushes seem to occur.
I attached a brush for the report.

Try adjusting your spacing a wee bit and see if that helps. You have it set very close at the moment, which can incur a performance loss.

The interval has been adjusted. I tried 60. However, PaintstormStudio freezes with one stroke.
Must end in Task Manager.
But I can get around the problem by turning off the GPU.
I checked the brush settings that are causing the problem.
1.bristle brush mode on
2.GPU on
3.Select paint
When these three conditions overlap, a problem seems to occur.

This log is from when the freeze occurred. Usually, GPU operates and brush speeds up.

Hm... Checked with the same brushes and it draws fast. Strange. Does it draws fine without selection?

Freezes when all three conditions are met.
But since I know the condition, I can work around it.
i will not lose my drawings.
Turn off gpu when using this brush.
Maybe an intel gpu bug?

This was an Intel driver issue.
I have installed an Intel driver that can be updated.
After that the issue did not occur.
